LICENCE APPROVED	(10 Sep 2005)

Last week, an article which appeared in a local newspaper stated that Cityvibe FM had been accused of advertising the fact that their licence had been approved, when it hadn't.

Cityvibe FM are unsure where this information came from, but can positively state that the relevant Ofcom licence has been granted subject to frequency clearance.
